Your journey starts here.
Before we begin
If you’re reading this, I’m guessing one of two things is true: either you’re hoping to get your child signed with an agency, or you’ve already signed and want support along the journey. Wherever you are, welcome.
I created this Playbook because I spent years figuring things out through trial and error. I stayed up late researching agencies, searched through outdated blog posts, and constantly questioned whether I was making the right decisions for my family. Looking back, I wish someone had simply handed me one resource that explained everything from start to finish. That’s exactly what this is.
My goal isn’t just to help your child book modeling jobs—it’s to help you become a confident momager who always knows what to do next. You’ll find practical advice, systems that have saved me countless hours, lessons I learned the hard way, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
What this journey has taught me.
Since then, our family has had the privilege of working with brands including Nike, Adidas, Old Navy, Champion, Target, ASICS, Disney, Barbie, Kohl’s, and many others. Those opportunities have been incredibly special, and I’m grateful for every one of them.
But if you asked me what modeling has given my kids, I wouldn’t start with the campaigns. I’d start with the confidence. They’ve learned how to introduce themselves to adults, speak comfortably in unfamiliar situations, travel, adapt, handle rejection, work as part of a team, and recover when things don’t go their way. Those life skills matter far more to me than any booking ever will.
The mindset that changed everything
It’s easy to get caught up in exciting opportunities, dream brands, and viral success stories. But the healthiest families I know approach modeling with perspective. Modeling should add to your child’s life—it should never become their identity.
Some months you’ll book multiple jobs. Other months your inbox will be completely quiet. Both seasons are normal, and your child’s value never changes because of a booking.
